• All IFB Products Must be Pre Paid in advance.
• Delivery time will depend on your order.
• All orders (Belt size, engraving etc.) are CONFIRMED over the phone and asked to be followed up by FAXED order as well or e-mail.

  • All Title Belts come in BLACK LEATHER.
  • For Belts with a color other than BLACK there is an additional fee.

  • Breakdown Of Costs:
    • 1 Time Fee: Artwork for your Medallion $150.00.
    • 1 Time Fee: Medallion Mold charge: $150.00.
      • 1 Time Fees of $300.00.
    • CREATING Your Custom Medallion Each Time:
      • Poor of your Brass Medallion: $50.00 - $70
      • Polish of your Brass Medallion: $25.00 - $35.00
      • Painting of your Brass Medallion: $25.00 - $40.00
        • The fee for this Medallion to be Cast, Polished & Painted will run between $100.00 - $145.00
    • Remaining Belt Parts & Assembly
      (Leather, Screws, Side Plates, Buckle, Engraving, & Labor for Assembly.)

• SHIPPING CHARGES
  • All of our belts are sent out US Postal Service - Express Mail to Guarantee Delivery.
    • In some "RUSH" cases FedEx will be used.
  • Your "SHIPPING" Fee will be listed on your package and usually charged to your Credit Card AFTER shipment has been made.
  • SHIPPING Fees will include Shipping Insurance for your belts.
  • Your "PACKAGING" Fees are;
    • 1 Belt, 1 Box: $10.00
    • 2 - 5 Belts, 1 Box: Add $4.00 PER BELT.
      • EX: For 4 Belts PACKAGING will cost you:
        • 1st Belt = $10
        • Add $4 for each additional belt: 3 x $4.00 = $12.00
        • Total "PACKAGING FEE" for sending 4 belts: $22.00
    • If over 5 Belts a second box will be used.
      
      
• "RUSH" SHIPPING CHARGES
  • Belts ordered inside 3 weeks prior to your requested delivery date create Express Work on our part to complete them. Some of these things are out of our control such as Mold Casts and Medallion Polishing. Because of this, we often pay rush charges to get these processes completed for you on time. For this reason, Rush orders are available but there will be an additional fee per belt.
  • For Orders Made Inside the 3 week minimum, please add a $100.00 RUSH Charge and $50.00 per belt, after the first belt.
  • EXPRESS Mail or FedEx Fees will be billed to you.
